Shizenryu Karate Clubs in Dorset & Hampshire

Shizenryu has well-established teachers in the local area running after-school and evening clubs in Bournemouth, Winton, Poole, and Ringwood. 

"With highly experienced teachers, we aim to teach every student the skills they need to be confident in their abilities to attain their Black Belt and further Dan grades".

Teaching students from beginners to Black Belt, and of all ages, experiences, and abilities, students learn the physical skills, values, and the right mindset that will help them enjoy training in class and aid them in their everyday lives.

All our clubs run during the school term timetables, including the evening classes.  We have over 150 local students, from White Belt to 4th Dan Black Belt. 

Children, adults, and families are all welcome to the evening classes. We have a few mums and dads who also enjoy learning with their children in class.
