Uniform Order Form

Uniforms are normally held in stock at our Head Office and posted out after payment has been received. 

Posted items are tracked at £6.00 p+p. 

Please supply a delivery address and safe place to leave if you're out.

Mitts are often held locally with teachers. 

Please measure the students height in cm for the correct size uniform or ask your instructor if you are not sure.

All our students wear our club uniforms with the Shizenryu logo.

Uniforms and Mitts are required before your first grading.

Please order both with us so you have the correct kit for training in our clubs.

include the size of the uniform and mitts you require.

The student's first name

followed by the

The initial of the family name

followed by the

The first 3 letters of the club/school

Example:

John Stevens at Park School would be: JOHN S PAR
