Term Fee by Email and Bank Transfer

The Term Fee is £77.00 (payable before the first lesson)

The club teacher needs to know all NEW students NAME, MOBILE NUMBER, EMAIL 

and any HEALTH ISSUES before their first class.

Existing students just need to email to confirm attendance.

In both cases please tell the teacher by email shizenryu@sledwards.com

Then pay your renewal term fee of £77.00 to Stephen Edwards

NB: Due to school/hall, teacher and admin fees, if a student wishes to leave during a term, a half-term notice/fee is required.

Annual Licence/Insurance Fee by Email and Bank Transfer

The Annual Licence/Insurance Fee is £36.00

(new students must complete the form below)

If you are an existing student and have already given us your details, you can just renew the licence/insurance by emailing ian.szr@gmail.com with the student's name and club name.

Then pay your renewal licence/insurance fee of £36.00 to Ian Smith.

This can be used for all payments direct to Shizenryu (except term fees).

Please note: the licence covers the insurance required for students to train with our teachers. 

If you do not have a valid up to date licence you may be asked to sit out of the class.
